Thank you for visiting and shopping at Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Shipment processing time

Due to the global impact of COVID-19 and the expected surge in online shopping, shipping delays may occur. We truly apologize for this inconvenience and appreciate your understanding in this difficult time.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Lamson does not guarantee delivery/transit times. All expected delivery times are based on the carrier of choice.

PLEASE NOTE : Transit time stated at checkout is based off of once the package has left our factory. Orders take 1-2 business days to process PRIOR to shipment.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

All orders over $75 ship FREE with USPS in the Continental United States only.

You have a choice of different services at different rates. These will be displayed at checkout. Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States.

Shipping Carriers

You have a choice of different carriers. Lamson partners with USPS, UPS, and DHL (for International Deliveries).

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

Lamson ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Lamson is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).


UPS i-Parcel includes Duties & Taxes in fee at checkout.

DHL does not include any Duties/Taxes and customers will receive an invoice from DHL once the package is able to be delivered.

Damages and Lost Shipments

Lamson is not liable for any products damaged, lost, or stolen during shipping. If your order was damaged during shipping, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. In this event, we request that you reach out to Lamson afterwards to inform us that a stating claim has been started.

For packages lost in transit, please reach out to Lamson. Lamson will need to reach out to the carrier and confirm proof of delivery prior to any replacement or refund being issued. 

If the tracking number states that your package was delivered but you have not yet received the order, Lamson will reach out to the carrier to confirm proof of delivery. If the carrier states that the package was delivered even after investigation, we recommend that you file a police report for stolen product(s)/property.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

We currently ship to over 200 countries worldwide with USPS, UPS and DHL. Rates and choices will always be displayed at checkout.

Lamson is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
