2.5″ Premier Forged Bird’s Beak Paring Knife

Made from the very best German Steel, our full-tang Premier Forged blades are polished and sharpened in our Massachusetts facilities. Handles of exotic imported hardwoods and acrylics are assembled to the blades with triple rivets and then the knives are processed and sharpened to perfection.

This distinctive concave blade of the Bird’s Beak peeler is perfect for peeling, cutting and slicing curved foods, including apples, citrus and ginger.
