USperfect brownie spatula
This is a perfect brownie spatula. It cuts through even hard/fudgy brownies with ease and the shape of the turner really makes it easy to pull a piece out. I was making a pan or two of brownies for a couple months straight and I just threw this in the dishwasher once or twice a week and it still looks as good as new.
I received one of these Lamson turners, aka spatula, as a wedding present many years ago. That one is still in use and looks brand new so I decided to get another for our vacation home. It�s a perfect size and the sharp edge works really well!
Perfect size server/turner for brownies, cookies, etc. Works very well. I only wish that this utensil could go in the dishwasher as I may be lazy and reach for another instead that can go in dishwasher.
I�ve been using this turner in a cast iron pan. It slips under the eggs perfectly!

It works great. I like to make eggs in my cast iron skillet, but all my other turners where to big. This one is just right. It's also the only one I've been able to find of this size. very pleased.
