This is my favorite Turner. The metal has held up to a fair amount of pressure and scraping without breaking. Although I love it I did ding it 1 star due to an annoying gouge/knot at the handle's end; nevertheless, I intend to purchase a second one hoping it was just a one off.

My husband and I use our 2.5" x 4" Easy-Entry Turner With Walnut Handle almost every day in our stainless steel skillets. Our daughter had seen ours and liked it, so we purchased one for her and her husband. I wish Lamson made a turner of this size for use in non-stick skillets. Great flipper!

This is our second Easy-Entry Turner 5.5" x 2.5" blade with 4.5" Walnut Handle from Lamson Products. The first one is many years old and still in good working order. I ordered this second one because the first one is both my husband and I's "go-to turner" so it's always in the dishwasher.
I like the wood handle and the grip. Nice and comfortable on the hands. Blade is stiff with only slight flexibility. I used it to flip burger patties or to scoop some food. It is smaller than I anticipated as I wanted a larger and stiffer spatula for smashing burgers. It is still a good spatula and worth getting.
