This spatula leveled up my cast iron game

I love this spatula. I'm referring to the "slotted turner" aka fish spatula. The rectangular turner will be great for turning heavier things, but the fish spatula is my new everyday favorite. Not just for fish! Like not at all. They shouldn't call it that. Lamson doesn't, but other people do. Anyway, it makes cooking on cast iron super easy. Cast iron isn't really nonstick, more like sorta stick, but not if you have a sweet metal turner to gently but inexorably get under that sorta-stuck egg/gnocchi/tofu/whatever. Bonus points because now I don't have to scrub the skillet as often, which helps the seasoning, so things stick even less. Win win win. 5 stars, no notes.

Pair of turners

Awesome product!

I am so thrilled to have found Lamson! I finally replaced most of our kitchen tools with stainless steel options. I never used a slotted turner like the one in this set and BOY! What a difference! These have made such a difference cooking in my stainless steel fry pans and cast iron pans! I wish I had made the investment sooner, but I’m so glad I’ve found them and “once you know, you know”. Nothing else will ever measure up! I can’t remember if they are dishwasher safe but frankly it doesn’t matter. I make eggs nearly every morning and my husband often has scrapple and it has made cooking just those two things so much more joyful. Yup! Joyful! Thank you to all at Lamson for their fine craftsmanship!
