This paring knife fits in my hand very comfortably. Its design makes it easy to work around smaller food items like strawberries, cucumbers, tomatoes. The blade cuts cleanly and efficiently, with just a subtle sawing motion dragging it over the surface to skin a cucumber, cube a fruit, etc.
