3″ Premier Forged Trimming/Paring Knife

Made from the very best German Steel, our full-tang Premier Forged blades are polished and sharpened in our Massachusetts facilities. Handles of exotic imported hardwoods and acrylics are assembled to the blades with triple rivets and then the knives are processed and sharpened to perfection.

This paring/trimming knife is equally at home removing meat from the bone, skinning a fish, or coring small fruits and vegetables. Its slim, tapered blade allows close work to be handled with ease.
