A Lamson Dough Scraper, also known as a Bench Scraper, is the ideal tool for lifting and turning soft bread dough and pastry. It also works great for scraping off cutting boards and other surfaces. These versatile tools come with a choice of either a WHITE or BLACK PolyPro Handle and are Dishwasher Safe.

(It can leave scratches, however, so watch out on those new countertops!)

Haven't used it yet, it is a gift for a friend. It's a Lamson product so I don't need to use it to know it is the best.
