I absolutely love using this Knife. I was unsure about the size, but it wasn't even an issue.
USKnife is great but...
I absolutely love this Knife, however upon arrival there were some defects in the handle. I messaged customer service and never received a reply. I ended up sanding it a bit and oiling it with board oil. It's better, but still not perfect. I expected more for the price, or at least a response.

The knife has a forward weighted balance when held with a pinch grip that is quite nice. The blade arrived razor sharp and nicely packaged. The geometry of the edge is a little thick and could use some thinning. I thinned mine on diamond plates and after resharpening it's great.

I bought this mainly because of the hype created by the great Brad Leone. His signature was sold out, so I opted for the original. Everything about this knife is incredible. The feel, the craftsmanship, the SHARPNESS! Most of, its versatility is second to none. The rosewood handle is smooth and of obvious high quality. My only complaint is the wax blade guard it is packed with has left a bit of a stain around the edge, but I imagine that will fade in time with use and washes. Buy this knife and expand your culinary horizons.
This item is a Christmas gift. I�m sure it will make the receiver very happy. I will comment though that I was disappointed in the packaging. For the price of this knife I would think that it would have been in a nice presentation box.
My husband loves the knife and has used it for various things from sourdough bread cutting chopping peaches. he is very picky and is very pleased.
