USNice Cleaver
This Chinese Cleaver is lighter and thinner than I expected, which is a good thing. Fit and finish is great, like all Lamson products I've purchased. It should work very well for veggies (I have not yet used it). It's comfortable in the hand and the lighter weight should help with fatigue while using it for longer stretches.

I love this knife, I work in a restaurant where we make everything from scratch so this is pretty a basic necessity if you want a sharp knife that doubles as a bench scraper.

It's become my go-to for EVERYTHING. It so easily slices through potatoes and carrots, but also is maneuverable and easy for mincing garlic. I'm completely in love!
A great blade ,sharp and well balanced however the handle has some movement to it .I might be a little picky ,(I make knives as a hobby) it seems it could be secured better.

It does a great job of chopping vegetables and nuts, plus it feels safer in my hands than the nakiri knife I was using before. Plus, it�s sharp!
