8″ Premier Forged Carving Knife

Made from the very best German Steel, our full-tang Premier Forged blades are polished and sharpened in our Massachusetts facilities. Handles of exotic imported hardwoods and acrylics are assembled to the blades with triple rivets and then the knives are processed and sharpened to perfection.

This blade is perfect for carving medium-sized roasts and fowl or cutting large vegetables and fruit. The straight edge prevents shredding as you slice.
