Great tools for left-handed people

I have the left-handed versions of both the 3”x 6” and 4”x 9” slotted turners (a.k.a. fish spatulas). I use the smaller one for most cooking tasks. It’s really good with scrambled or fried eggs — much better than the silicone spatula I had been using, probably because of the thinner edge. The larger spatula is good for handling food on a griddle and I plan to try it with my wok. Left-handed tools are hard to find and I hope Lamson keeps making these.

My favorite kitchen tool

It’s the tool you never knew you needed. I use it every single time I cook. Sharp edge to get all the potato crispy parts off the bottom of the pan. The “give” is perfection. Doesn’t bend. I do prefer the wooden handle over the plastic style that I bought for my children. The wood has a better feel to me and is a better fit for my arthritic hand, as it feels slightly wider and has better traction. I just love it!

I love this fish spatula

I have bought probably 9 of these things. I brag about it so much to friends that I end up giving mine away and needing more. The stainless steel is great great! I’ve left it in water for days and no rust. Seriously great all around.

Nice spatula

I've been using one for at least 10 years, but wanted another one. I ended up buying 2 so I could send one to my sister. This new one is slightly different than the old one: it is flatter. The original one curved up more at the end and made getting under things a little easier.
