The Chef’s Slotted Turner is lightweight, flexible, and razor-thin, so it can flip eggs, fish, and crepes without causing damage. It is also strong enough to lift heavier foods like hamburgers. The long slots make it ideal for picking up objects in grease, oil, or other liquids.

A scaled up version of our 3″ x 6″ slotted turner, the 4″ x 9″ Jumbo Slotted Chef’s Turner is great for many of the same tasks, such as flipping delicate foods, and lifting items up out of grease. Its extra size and stiffness makes it great for larger foods that are just too heavy for the 3″ x 6″.

These slotted turners are available in either 3″ x 6″ and 4″ x 9″ and are available angled for right or left-handed use!

Nice size and great for lefties

Happy to find a larger sized turner and one with excellent quality. For home use, the price is pretty expensive. Glad it was on-sale when I purchased it.

Right or left?

I spotted the Lamson sale price on the large left-handed fish spatula and, even though I’m right-handed, decided to buy it. It’s great for a right-hander and worked great for picking up and moving a large brisket I was slow-cooking in the oven.

Good product

Overall it’s really good. Nice real wood handle and quality full tang slotted metal turner. Why only 4 stars? The handle is a little rough and the edges are not as smooth on the hand as I had hoped. I have a long handle BBQ turner that has the same handle, but it’s smooth with rounding on the edges that makes it super comfortable to use. It feels great! So I thought this would be the same. It’s not. I oiled the new walnut handle and it’s better, but still not as good. As for the slotted turner, I like it but wish the angle was a little steeper. It works, but ergonomically it would be better with a steeper (maybe in the 70 degree range) angle. All that said, I still think it’s a great product and would recommend it. If you’re someone that is super picky, consider the above info.

Never Knew How Much I Needed One’
