USBuilt well but finished poorly
Walnut handle on the scraper was very rough out of the box. I spent about 5 minutes hand sanding the wood to make it smooth. This finishing should have been done at the factory, and could have been accomplished in less than a minute with power tools. Aside from poor finish quality, the scraper was otherwise well constructed. After finishing myself, I have used the scraper and enjoyed its use.

The design is classic and still totally functional. Will last for years, even with daily use. Easy to grasp and hold and plenty tall for any size of dough ball.

Havent put them to good use yet, but i think iam going to perfer the large one and my wife will enjoy the smaller one. If she lets me use them, they are her gift after all!

I love the wood and the curve of the handle in my palm! It is beautifully crafted and harmonizes with tools I adore. I just started using it and it is pretty sturdy for cutting my bagel dough. I think it will feel differently with a softer dough.

This is so much better than my last bench scraper (which I've had for 8 years). The feel of the walnut handle is perfect, and blade is just right. When I ordered it, I didn't think I would love it this much.... but I do!!!

I don’t know how or why, but this scraper just works better than my previous scraper made by a different manufacturer. The dough sticks less when using it to shape a boule, and it leaves a clean surface when scraping. Like I said, I don’t know why-I wasn’t expecting better performance, I just wanted a more professional-looking scraper than I had previously. The walnut looks really nice and I’m happy to support a company that still manufacturers in America. I have several Landon products and have never been disappointed.
