This is a great tool for making bread or rolls. The wood handle feels nice to hold, and the scraper picks up all of your flour and sticky dough. Love it! I put some vegetable oil on the wood to keep it from drying out.

When my old dough scraper bit the dust, I searched specifically for a USA-made product to replace it. The Lamson website popped up, and I found not only dough scrapers, but other quality kitchen tools at very reasonable prices.

The weight of the scraper is just enough to make it easy to use, as it feels substantial without being heavy.

The blade edge seems a little sharp, but it could be my inexperience in working with sourdough on the countertop. I definitely would recommend it to other home bakers.

It works like a charm on our granite counter top and wood heavy duty cutting boards. It serves as a flipper pick as well. We have the large size. I also use it to clear crusted cookie sheets and would work for a cast iron skillet or any skillet for easier clean up. Great tool in the kitchen.

What can you say about a scraper It’s a pretty simple tool, but there are so many bad ones out there, I was happy to discover Lamson’s products. The blade is stiff as it should be and the handle is wood, as it should be. It reminds me of the scraper and dough cutter that my grandma used to have hung on the side of her large butcher block. You can’t go wrong with this purchase.
