Using these daily to prep and eat organic beef.

Out of many take-apart stainless kitchen shears and scissors, this is the best. The reasons are many, but comfort is memorable. The other brands were too heavy or their shapes resulted in pain and calluses. Some brands simply had poor finishing, making the use and cleaning more difficult. Often, perhaps usually, many other brands made use and cleaning a challenge because they added on other functions, such fish scale removal, bottle cap opener, nut cracker. These Lamson stainless steel scissors are very well finished, well balanced, very sharp and easily cleaned. Best of all, they're so good that I'm satisfied.

Good weight and good cut. Unfortunately rusted immediately after first use. "stainless" steel is maybe of a lesser quality

Forged Take-Apart Shears

Finally found these high quality take-apart kitchen shears! I love the way they snip herbs easily and especially the fact that the handles are integral and metal. These will last a very long time. Very pleased with this purchase!

High Quality Tool

I have had a pair of these for several years. I love them so much that I have given them multiple times as gifts. I just bought another pair as a gift. It is a gift that everyone has really appreciated because they are top notch. They fit tight, cut everything with ease, are easy to clean well because they come apart, and are a fair price. My sister, who has everything awesome in the kitchen world, bought a pair after using mine, she liked them so much. If they were perfect, I would make them dishwasher safe, but that voids the warranty. They are pretty close to perfect and I feel really happy to give them as gifts when I notice the need!

Excellent Kitchen Shears
