  • Hot-Drop Forged Blades from the very best German Steel, our full-tang Premier Forged blades are polished and sharpened in our Massachusetts facilities. Handles of exotic imported hardwoods and acrylics are assembled to the blades with triple rivets and then the knives are processed and sharpened to perfection.
  • Signature Craftsmanship. Meticulously formed in our Massachusetts facilities, each of our knives is finished to perfection using state-of-the-art technology coupled with hand finishing as well as proprietary polishing and sharpening processes.
  • Unmatched Blade Quality. Blades are precision-forged from the finest high-carbon Grade 4116 stainless steel from Solingen, Germany, using the traditional hot-drop method. Blades are then tempered and ice-hardened to a perfect 58 on the Rockwell Hardness Scale. This results in a hard, wickedly sharp blade that retains an edge for longer and is both highly corrosion-resistant and elastic.
  • Gorgeous & Ergonomic Handles. Choose from one of our 3 distinctive sleek and sturdy handles.
    • Fire – Tough Acrylic handles, water resistant with unique fire infusion coloring
    • Midnight – Ultra tough Black G-10 handles that are highly impervious to moisture and heat. Midnight Honing Steel handles are constructed of extremely strong POM material.

7 Piece Priemer Block Set

I ordered the set through Walmart and it arrived promptly. The knives are made of thick steel and very, very sharp. These black handled knives are also very eye appealing. What I didn't like was that the came with no information about use or care. Also no way to register the set. Not a communicative company.

Such a well-balanced, well-crafted knife!

I bought this set because I have had carpal tunnel reduction surgery in both my hands and don't have the dexterity I used to have. These knives feel so well balanced and get such a fine edge that I don't have to work so hard and desert o much pressure to get a good, clean cut on my foods. The acrylic handle fits perfectly and though red isn't my color (it was the only color available at the store), I'm not unhappy with it at all. I'm quite happy with this set and plan to purchase the carving knife and possibly the filet knife to complete the set. The fact that they are made in America makes them all the more appealing to me!
