These are the perfect size. Nothing flimsy about them. The teeth and the angle they’re set at are truly functional, providing a very secure grasp. The size, while long enough to keep you comfortable over open flame, aren’t so unwieldy that they can be used for more precise and delicate work. The walnut handles provide a comfortable and protective grip as well as being pleasant to look at. From a chef who obsesses over simplistic, quality, and functional kitchen tools, these are truly outstanding!
