Not great, the knife came without a curved bowl to cut the items in. Very awkward to use on a flat cutting board.

This knife came very sharp as promised and works great for slicing, dicing and mincing. It definitely takes some getting used to, but works well even with the larger 7" model. Would recommend for those looking for a multipurpose knife.
