I bought a Lamson knife last year at the holidays. Well this year I treated myself to the vintage 3 knife chefs set. I have only used two of the three but I live them. Nice heft and super sharp. Im in love with the small pairing knife….used it preparing multiple meals. Get knives from these folks, you won’t regret it!!!

These are my second purchase of Lamson knives. Drawn to support an American manufacturer, happy to find excellent quality and support if needed. These knives of the Vintage set are simple and beautiful in design and assemble. Great fit and finish on my set. As a previous chef of twenty two years of commercial experience, I am always looking for “the one”. I’ve found it. My block is a combination of Lamson silver and vintage knives. Easily sharpened and maintained after extended use, they come with a great edge out of the box. I love the deep belly of the eight inch chef’s knife, I’m a male with large hands, and I can work the food without getting my knuckles in it! Sweeps and carries off of the board wonderfully. The utility knife is finding it’s way into all sorts of general production tasks, and the paring knife is perfect in it’s shape in hand for delicate tasks. I use a pinch hold a lot, and with my hand size the scales are perfectly shaped. I really am happy to find these knives, the Silvers brought me to Lamson, the Vintage made me a lifelong customer. Simply perfect for me. Can’t say enough good things in this format, but I’m so happy we still make a fantastic product on the USA that’s available to the every person. Invest in them, care for them, you’ll not need another. I’ve stopped looking! Not cheap, but worth it. Cheers Lamson!

Nice weight and beautiful finish. The overall products we worth the price in my opinion. The design is great and definitely lives up to being labeled as vintage. Edge was sharp and was good quality out of the box. The smallest knife might not be the most used but I have already found a few uses that other 2 aren’t the best suited for.
