Product: Vintage 8″ Large Chinese Santoku Cleaver Knife

This 8″ version is the larger size of our Chinese Santoku Cleavers. This amazingly strong and versatile knife is your answer to it all! “Chop, cut, crush, slice, dice, trim….. whatever!” The Large size has an 8″ Blade while the smaller version has a 6″ blade.

To protect your cleavers we suggest our American-made and crafted Leather Sheaths from 12oz Wickett and Craig English vegetable-tanned bridle leather. Extra strong Brass Rivets and Snap keep the sheath firmly in place for storage.

As is the nature of handmade goods created from natural materials, you may experience minor variations in shape color, and appearance. These normal variations add character and uniqueness to your handmade leather product.

Constructed from superior USA Hi-Carbon Stainless Steel, our full-tang Vintage blades are cut, ground, polished and sharpened in our Massachusetts facilities. Handle scales of Walnut or Midnight (Black G-10) are assembled to the blades with brass or nickel-silver rivets and then the knives are meticulously finished and sharpened.

The Vintage Series features updated ergonomically friendly hand-finished Walnut or Midnight (Black G-10) handles that have a traditional, timeless look and feel. The sleek integrated bolster allows for a traditional or pinch-grip. The brass rivets complement the Walnut handle, while the nickel-silver rivets complement the Midnight handle and accents the stainless-steel blade.
