2-Piece Premier Forged Roast Set

Made from the very best German Steel, our full-tang Premier Forged blades are polished and sharpened in our Massachusetts facilities. Handles of exotic imported hardwoods and acrylics are assembled to the blades with triple rivets and then the knives are processed and sharpened to perfection.

The Kullenschliff (K) edge, also known as a Granton or Hollow-Edge, helps prevent food sticking sticking to the blade, by creating air bubbles in the hollow grooves between the food and the blade.
