Sizing Guide for Lamson Knives

(Other brands may vary)

• 4.5” - fits all styles of Lamson paring knives.
• 6” - fits forged 6” utility, 6” fillet, 5” steak, and 5” tomato knives. Note: This size is meant for thinner blades and does not fit our chef’s or santoku knives.
• 8” - fits forged 6” and 8” chef’s knives, 5” and 7” santokus and nakiris, 8” bread knives, and 8” carvers.
• 10” – fits all forged 10” knives, and all vintage 9” and 10” blades.
