Returns
We accept Returns under the following conditions:
- The item must have been sold through our own online store at Lamsonproducts.com.
- The item must be unused, in the same condition as you received it and it must be in the original packaging.
- The request for return must have been made within 30 days of original purchase.
- A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds may be granted:
- Any item not in its original condition or damaged for reasons beyond Lamson’s control
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after purchase.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
Once approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card.
Exchanges

Gifts
If the item was shipped to you as a gift, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the product. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be e-mailed to you.
